At the Climate Council, we wanted to showcase Broken Hill’s answer to climate change: renewables. But how do you make renewables interesting to a broad audience?

In partnership with GoodChat TV, I produced this feel-good documentary series focusing on how the people of Broken Hill – a former mining town that gave rise to BHP – got behind a solar farm so big that it can power every home in the area.

The series was shared 40,000 times, racking up 4 million organic views on social.
